BACKUP ERROR

Planning to update the wordpress to 3.9 but need make a backup..Deleted the old backup as it was in the server to release with the new one..And I got this error..
Nothing found for Wp-Admin Admin-Ajax Php
Is this from our server issue or the plugin??
