403 Forbidden

While trying to edit random things in the control panel I get 403 forbidden errors. I’ve noticed while trying to update the options in Photopress, I get a 403 for general-options.php and I get one when trying to edit a link for link-manager.php. Any clue what is going on here? I’ve tried changing the file permission through FTP, but still have the same results.
