An Idea for More Speed in Most Cases

I was just taking a look at the FSB plugin and ran across something I thought I’d mention.

I didn’t look for long but it looks like on page load that the wp_localize_script function is running causing an ajax request to admin.ajax.php.

It would be nice if there was an option to turn this off as this ajax (even though it’s async) still affects Pingdom testing and other tools and may very well be referenced by Google. Plus, for a lot of users it will be an unnecessary server load and skirts Varnish and other Page Caches.

Just an idea.
