I’ve got it working by adding stripslashes stripslashes(esc_attr($_POST['message'])); in wpg-form.php at a few places.

Great, I tried it with htmlspecialchars and it works in my test environment. I just released the new version. can you test it please.

In the subject field if we put a Quote mark and then preview we get a backslash and then the Quote mark L\’avenir and keep’s adding up. I manage to put a stripslashes(esc_attr($_POST['title'])) and it works -> around line 692 in wpg-form.php

One other thing is that the form is only partly being translated. I have to make the translation directly in wpg-form.php.

The rest is translated ok. I’ve check the language file fr_FR and the translation is there put not showing on the form. It’s a mystery for me?

I noticed the missing translation too in another language, so it’s not you. I think he changed some fields or however that textdomain stuff works ??

I checked to po files for nl and fr. Both have missing translation or unclear translations which won’t be used.

Some releases ago I think I changed sender name to Sender Name and so on… It would be great to have valid translation for fr and nl again. Can I take the translations as they are displayed or do I have to change something?

Most of it is translated in the fr_Fr file and can be used for the French language. The problem is that some strings of the translated text is not showing, they are still in english.

Can’t figure out why ?

sorry, I obviously explained it not enough. If you take a look at the screenshot fr-misses you see blue lines which are not translated at all and you see yellow lines which are classified as fuzzy, what means they are not translated because gettext is not sure it the translations are correct. If you can confirm or correct these translations I can mark them as correct and publish them with the next release. Then they will be translated.

I have been wondering about the yellow ones. There’s duplicates because you used similar, but not the same, strings at various places in the code. Or because a part of the string matched.

I’ll go over the blue and yellow ones, and send you new po/mo files.

Btw, what does the send again link do? Is that related to send this card to another recipient? Did not use that feature yet…

Yes, this link shows a prefilled form with the data from card you sent before, the only fields which are left empty are the receiver fields.
