    WordPress version: 3.8.3
    Plugin version: 3.0.2

I’m working on a website for a band and I expected the plugin to look like all the demo sites I viewed prior to purchasing this plugin. The theme (Salient) is clearly clashing with the plugin with CSS and I’ve used Inspect Element etc., to see if there were any styles clashing but couldn’t see anything. It looks like the DIVs are overlapping and the line breaks look wrong. everything looks right aligned, especially when viewed on a mobile device.

Checked it, and it looks like you’ve got some CSS in your theme which is affecting how the player displays. You’re using Pro version right? If so, please post this again over in the Pro support forum so I can help you further with some specific code to fix up the issue.

    Thanks

I’m confused! DO you still need me to re-post this in the Pro support forum? I see it’s set as Resolved here. But can you not provide any assistance for me?

Sorry barney224 – let me clarify. This www.remarpro.com forum is only for free plugins. It is against the forum rules for me to support pro products here in this forum. It also can be confusing for users of the free version if they stumble across a thread which is actually about the pro version (which is quite different plugin with quite different code). Solutions posted for pro version will likely not apply to free version, and visa versa. The pro forum offers more hands on support, and allows me and my development team to keep organised and track issues properly so we can provide best support possible for our paying customers. Apart from everything else, your particular issue seems like it will need a little more dedicated attention from a developer. So its something where we may ask you for login details (which you can’t provide here because its public).

So yes, please re-post this issue over on the pro support forum so we can help you there. Thanks.
