500 – Internal server error.

  • Hi,

    I have two hosting server ipage and godaddy,

    I can install my theme on ipage hosting server and also @ my localhost but cant install on godaddy server, It shows me 500 internal server error,

    Pls help me,

  • With server errors, you’re best off contacting your host for support – there’s an issue with their server.

    Thanks bemdesign for reply,

    But godaddy support team says Its your theme error and It might be corrupted,

    I tried uploading 2-3 times but same error occurred, And It works on ipage server and my localhost,

    So I have to solve it myself, They said GODADDY support team cant help me ??

    If you use a default theme (Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, etc.), do you also get a 500 error, or does that work OK?

    Default theme works great but custom themes purchased from themeforest not working,

    and also I have godaddy plesk windows hosting,
