I appreciate this nice plugin. I have a front-end page using the [avatar_upload] shortcode. I have 2 issues:

    1. I put some introductory text above the [avatar_upload] shortcode in the front-end page. However, the introductory text is displayed below the avator form, not above. Even if I switch to the default theme the problem persists.

    2. Do I understand this correctly: Using the [avatar_upload] shortcode, when a contributor or subscriber wants to update their avatar from a prior avatar, first they have to Remove the old avatar, then click Save, then upload the new avatar in a second form submission? If so, I think this confusing for the contributor/ subscriber. I’d like to suggest letting them upload a new avatar and have it replace the old one in one step, like other member websites. (In fact, that’s why I’m trying to add introductory text in #1 above…)

Thanks again for the plugin and the good support that you give even in your spare time.
