• We use GF to allow users to update their user profile with tons of extra info all saved in meta fields. We want users to be able to upload multiple photos of themselves. The default multi-file upload is not compatible with the User Registration Add-on, official statement from GF support. Was hoping this plugin would have this ability, but appears not.

So, this is a feature request – have this work with User Registration. The value stored in the meta_value is “View form entry for file details.” when it should be a serialized array of the file URLs – seems like an easy change to make.

    Hi

I’m not familiar with the user add on. Can you provide some direction to what needs to be added to support it?

    Thanks

I don’t know the code behind it either. I know the default single file uploader works with the User Registration add-on, but the built in multi-file upload does not.

What the User Registration add-on does is use a Gravity Form for a user to register on the WordPress site and then save various fields as user meta data.

So is there any chance this is being worked on?

Here is the info on the add-on – https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/user-registration/

    Hi

To be honest this is not a priority for me on this plugin.

That said if you or any other developer want to work on adding this get in touch as i would welcome contributions via github

    Thanks

    Ben

To be honest this is not a priority for me on this plugin.

Too bad, this was also a top priority for us to buy GF.
