• I’m trying to set up a specified shipping cost per item, per shipping class. I’m sure there’s something simple that I’m overlooking, but I’ve wrestled with it for two days and can’t figure it out.

Here’s what I want to do:

Shipping class A gets free shipping
Shipping class B pays $15 shipping

In the “Flat Rate” section of WooCommerce, I’ve tried:

    1. Adding rates in the “Additional Rates” field. This does give me the two rates, but it allows customers who purchase items in shipping class B to select the free shipping from product class A.

    2. Adding one or two lines to the “Costs Added” chart at the bottom. For some reason, this keeps kicking out a free shipping message, even though I don’t have free shipping enabled.

    Thanks for your help!

Hi, did you fixed the issue?
    Thank you in advance!

No, it never did get fixed. The client ended up changing his shipping methods, so the website had to change anyway.

I would love to know how to fix this though, so if, in the future, I run into this again, I know what to do.

    Thanks! ??
