Not showing ad in Chrome

I’ve installed the plugin and had everything setup… however the ads are not showing when using Chrome as a browser on the desktop. (IE is working fine, haven’t tried firefox yet)
Chrome on iphone/ipad is working fine.
I went into developer mode and see the following error:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT
https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.jsI just cant figure out what’s wrong.
