    Could you try the update again please?

    You could also download the latest version and use either ftp or a file manager or the ‘Add New’ on the Plugins page to try uploading it that way.

    Hi, that doesn’t look like you installed via FTP. Can you look at these instructions please?

    i am installing now via secure ftpto my site…
    of secure ftp worked.. last time i was using the general channle…
    my site allows me a general and a secured ftp connection
