Total Security 3.0.1 incorrectly detects files as missing…

I upgraded WordPress to 3.8.2 and Total Security to 3.0.1. When I run the WP-Core scan it detects these files as “missing” even though they were removed from WordPress in version 3.3 according to the includes/update-core.php file.
