TEXT BAR TO THE LEFT: how to create it ?

    sorry for probably a banal beginner question:

    but how do i create this vertical bar located on the left side of the text, how it’s shown in the SAMPLE PAGE ?

    Thank you.

    I think the ‘vertical bar’ is the line used to mark a quote. In the WordPress admin system, when you are making a post, highlight the text you want the bar to appear by the side of and then click the quotation marks.
