How Does It function With My Sendling Limits?

My free hosting only allows 100 sends per hour. What happens with the autoresponder sends when that 100 limit is reached? Are they paused? Does it just try to send to everyone anyway resulting in a failure for all the sends beyond 100? Will it try again later for the ones that didn’t go through?
