Upgraded to "Starter" package but don't see additional features in my account

Hi there, I need to integrate an existing iTunes podcast/playlist into a WordPress site, and was hoping that your plugin would do the trick. I upgraded to the “Starter” package, but don’t yet see the audio options, or any other upgraded options. I left a support request on your website 2 days ago. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
