Create custom share buttons

  • Hi.
    I want to know how to create custom share buttons on my website. I did get a few codes, but they only share the website and not the URL i am on.

    I want to add a custom image (can do that) and when a user clicks on it (eg. share on FB), the dialog box should open and contain the title and URL of the post which the user can share.
