Excluding URLs from the 404 log

I am looking for the 404 module in order to stop logging “do nothing” redirections in the 404 log (I would like to keep them in the redirections/hits log). I just noticed in the plugin’s changelog that the 404 module was removed a few months ago, but I can’t find anything about how to now achieve what I want. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks in advance ??
