• Hi,

    I’m having a problem where your plugin’s telling me that my API Key is invalid. I’ve installed the plugin on another site I run on a different server and the API Key is working.

    The debug info I get is:

    --- Etsy Debug Mode - version 0.9.5 ---
    Go to Etsy Shop Options page if you wan't to disable debug output.

    --- Etsy Request URL ---
    https://openapi.etsy.com/v2/shops/JennyNDesign/sections/15252530/listings/active?api_key=e7xsz3c5f6k5ysjcpa74vxdr&includes=Images
    --- Etsy Response ---
    WP_Error Object ( [errors] => Array ( [http_request_failed] => Array ( [0] => Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates ) ) [error_data] => Array ( ) )
    Etsy Shop Debug Mode
    WP_Error Object ( [errors] => Array ( [etsy-shop] => Array ( [0] => Etsy Shop: Error on API Request ) ) [error_data] => Array ( ) )
    Notice: Undefined variable: new_content in /home/sites/XXXXXX/public_html/XXXXXX/wp-content/plugins/etsy-shop/etsy-shop.php on line 141

    Does the plugin require a certificate on my server? Can you advise what the problem is?

    Thanks in advance.

    I, this is a problem with the server, try to contact helpdesk of your provider for this host.

    Thanks for the response fsheedy. The problem went away when I moved the site to the live server, cheers.
