plugin not working

I’m having an issue as well, just created a full site backup and each file was duplicated in the .zip file. Also the backup indicator icon is constantly running on the other backup profile that isn’t actually running. Anyone else having any problems?

Update: it appears to be hanging up on “Creating zip archive” for me. Not sure what to make of it.
