Online radio

If you give a Google search on “how to make online radio using WordPress” there are a lot of asked question, but just few answers and unclear.
So I come with my request, for most skilled, to tell us a solution please, “from head to tail” to make an online radio.
For example I have a 5GB hosting space where I want to upload music and then broadcast as a radio, scheduled, not as a playlist.
I’m sure if they have conclusive answers will make many happy.
