  • Same problem here.
Upto date with WooCommerce and WP.
    Can’t print after update plugin.

I get a 404 error message in the print menu. 404 on both of the preview links in the settings too.

sorry for the 404. i know where the problem is, but i can’t fix it until tomorrow. please read question 4 of the faq and resave your settings.

    did that solve your problem?

Solved mine, thanks. But the layout is now totally different – reciever address doesn’t fit into the document slip on packages anymore. Would be cool to have an option to have the address on the right (and in standard position for the envelope window).

    glad that it worked!

well, the positioning is quite different from country to country. in europe you print on a4 and can have the address field either left or right. in the usa you have other paper formats and conventions. every country has its specialities. it is not really possible to make everybody happy.

you can slightly edit the css to make it work better with your needs. please read the faq, where you can find a small example.

a new version is out. please test if the 404 pages disappears. if not, save your print settings in the woocommerce menu again.

    report back please.

Thanks piffpaffpuff (by the way, I loved The Great Soprendo!) – I’ve updated, resaved print settings and resaved permalinks, tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin and now when I click ‘print delivery note’, I just get a spinning circle for a couple of seconds and nothing.

Thank you for developing this plugin – I love it and use it every day ??

UPdated the plugin, resaved permalink. still get the grey circle with spinning white dot and not printing.

thanks for your test, that’s weird. what browser/version do you use? besides that try the following:

instead of click on the print button, make a right-click, then choose “open link in new tab/window” (or however it is called in your browser). this should open the print page in a new tab/window instead of immediately opening the print dialogue.

can you tell me what you see?

I use chrome, right clicking does work, but would hope for it to work w/o having to do that.

thanks for the test, your printing issue is quite weird. what browser/version do you use? besides that try the following:

instead of clicking on the print button, make a right-click, then choose “open link in new tab/window” (or however it is called in your browser). this should open the print page in a new tab/window instead of immediately opening the print dialogue.

can you tell me what you see on this new page?

if you see the print page correctly, it must be a javascript problem.

Do you mean a problem with my browser?

what do you mean with “right clicking does not work”? this button is just a link to a page. in chrome you can choose “Open link in a new tab” an a new tab should open. what do you see in this tab? what is the url of the tab (post it in here please)?

I said when i right click it does work.

oh! my bad, sorry. well that’s great! it means that it is a js issue, which is not that great.

on chrome 33 it works perfect. what version do you use? click on the 3-bars icon on the right and the on “About Chrome”. otherwise try to update chrome to the latest version and try again.
