how do I change the email in the contact form?

  • Hi,

    I would like to know how to sent every contact form message to the client’s email. In the theme options I can’t see it. I use the contact form that comes with the theme, not a plug-in.

    You will either look for the Contact Form plugin settings that came with the Theme. You may find it in the left menu on the Dashboard. You can also pass on the Login info to me if you want me to take a look.

    Thanks for your answer, but I can’t find the settings in the dashboard because I dind’t use a plugin for the contact form, I used the one that comes with the theme.

    Navigate to your page as if you were to edit it and add a new contact form with the ‘Add Contact Form’ button in your kitchen sink with the correct email address.

    Just had to do this myself – a bit of a pain, but I couldn’t find how to modify the existing form.

    Thanks for the answer, but I couldn’t do that. I already tried what you said, but the messages go to the “suggestions” area (in the dashboard there is a section called so)

    I’ve tried adding a new user with the email of the client, and making this new user the author of the contact page, but I don’t know if this will work.
