• Hi everyone,

My site seems to be running perfectly fine: all plugins are working normally, I can install, activate and deactivate them — I just can’t update them. When I attempt to do so, I get a white screen of death on the Dashboard and front end, with the words “This page is not available at the moment. Please try again later.”

The only solution I’ve found after this happens is to deactivate a plugin (any plugin) through PhpMyAdmin — then everything is back in order. But nothing was updated.

Here is some info on my (dedicated) server:

Operating System : Linux (64 Bit)
    Server : nginx/1.4.4
    Memory usage : 52.34 MByte
    MYSQL Version : 5.6.15-log
    SQL Mode : NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION
    PHP Version : 5.3.28
    PHP Safe Mode : Off
PHP Allow URL fopen : On
    PHP Memory Limit : 128
PHP Max Upload Size : 2M
PHP Max Post Size : 8M
    PCRE Backtracking Limit : 1000000
PHP Max Script Execute Time : 30s
    PHP Exif support : No
    PHP IPTC support : Yes
    PHP XML support : Yes

I’ve tried repairing my tables through PhpMyAdmin, and a few of them give me the message “The storage engine for the table doesn’t support repair.”

I’ve also optimized everything through WP Optimize, but it didn’t produce noticeable results.

    Any advice?

    Cheers,
    Dorian
