Query and memory usage after update

I cant give you hard specifics on this, but my admin has been running slowly so I did a plugin performance on it and the results were staggering.

As you can see Yoast isn’t even on the list. Now here is the profile I just ran:

Any ideas what is going on here? I remember once long ago reading something about Yoast storing old meta data in the database and that there is a manual script to remove it- I am going to hunt for that. Any ideas what is happening with the latest version?
