Automatically skip post page and redirect to the external article in new window

I am using RSS Multi importer to gather news articles from various sites. The plugin creates a post for each article. I am using a wp plugin to show post titles from a specific post category as a news slider.
When the user clicks on the title from the slider, the post page pops up. I don′t want the reader to see the post/article. Is it possible to automatically redirect to the external article when clicking on the link title from the slider into a new window?
