Add plugin to site header

there is a short code included with this plugin so really I just need to know how to add a button that I can associate the shortcode with that would direct a user to the sponsors page when clicked on.

Hi Norbita. I added the code but got a syntax error so I reuploaded original through my cpanel and back to normal now.

when I add something to functions. do I add it after the <?php

for example. the code you sent would be added as
