my pages don't show up in my menu options and home page is missing

I have no idea what I did while doing edits this morning. But now when I go to my admin panel:
-pages don’t show up as options to organize or add to my menu panel
-pages don’t show up in my theme customization to choose a static page-pages are still indexed under “pages” but my home page is missing (they were missing but showed up again after i restored my permalinks)
It seems like the pages are not being seen for some reason?
I was trying to make my home page as a static page, and realize I had changed my “about” to the /blog page. So I created a “Home2” which is now missing and “Home” is missing.
I am not able to find it in deleted pages. i think the page i deleted or is missing is the https://www.rejuvenatemarketing.com/blog
Basically what I was trying to improve I made worse. My intent was to add Blog as a menu item and have home as the static page. Now Home is missing and /blog is gone.
Can you help me? I’m not a programmer nor do I know php.
