support for wp_cache_switch_to_blog

WordPress added a wp_cache_switch_to_blog function in 3.5.0 to help cache performance when using switch_to_blog in multisite. This function prevents the need to re-initialize the cache everytime the active blog is switched.
It would be nice if Memcached::Redux added support for this function to reduce the caching overhead.
