Start Scan issue!

    hello,

    when i press the scan now button a new window appears that asks me for a scan name, and i also have to choose between auto scan and manual scan. The problem is that this window appears for only a few seconds and then disappears again.

    It is just like the button triggers the lightbox but also the page reloads and as a results when loading finishes, the lightbox is disappeared.

    Any ideas?

    Usually this is due to other plugins (or a theme) with a conflicting version of jQuery UI.

    You can try the following to figure it out:

    * Examine the rendered page source and javascript console to find the conflict and disable the plugin
    * Disable all plugins, turn them back on one at a time until the problem re-appears. If the problem is still there after when all plugins are disabled, it’s most likely your theme
