Non-inline scripts not minified?

Hi,

I’m trying to get W3 Total Cache working on my site. It minifies the HTML page, but any JavaScript loaded by a <script src=”<relative path>”> tag is not minified. Is the relative path a problem? Or is there a configuration option I need to set?
