Title are not working

  • Hi Guys. I have a wired problem. In my header.php I have this title tag:
    <title><?php wp_title(''); ?></title>
    and the post title template in WordPress Seo is set to
    %%title%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%
    If I view source the title tag is only the name of the post, it didn’t include the separator or the site name.

    Does anyone have this issue. My plugin version is 1.5.2.5.
