Cant add more navigation menu

  • Hi, I notice that when I was creating more pages and adding it to the navigation, when I add them and saved the navigation menu’s that I added are not on there..

    Is this a cause from wordpress or from the template I purchased..I sent a support ticket to the template I purchased but no response for now..So, was wondering if this could be a wordpress issue?

  • Have you created the menu?? If you go into ‘Appearance > Menus’ , do you see a link at the top left that says ‘Create Menu’?

    If so, click that and create a new menu. Save the menu, and then a new tab will appear ‘Manage Locations’. Click that and set your menu to the proper location.

    Hi already created that one..I did successfully added the menu, but when I added more menu, it wont let me add..

    You mean added more items to the menu? Or added a second menu? If you need to add a second menu entirely, you need to register it within your theme first which can be quite tedious if your not familiar with it.
