player not showing up at all :(

Please post a screenshot showing the shortcode embedded on your Page.

Because the player is not generated in the code of that page so it looks very much like it is simply not been embedded correctly.

hmm ok so that looks perfectly correct.

Let’s try something else. I can see you have something else on that page (a timer, using javascript). There’s a small chance it is interfering with the audio player. Can you disable it? Or failing that, switch to the default twentytwelve theme for testing?

I disabled the plugin and that didn’t work. I dont’ want to change themes because I will loose some of what is custom for that theme. Any other suggestions?

No sorry. It is almost certainly something in your theme interfering with the plugin… (because the plugin works for many tens of thousands of people so we know it is something specific to your site). We really need to either confirm that its the theme, or rule it out, in order to progress further with troubleshooting the issue.

am wondering if its possible to add a free download button and share button in the plugin…will be really glad if you can replay me quick
