Text missing in buyers email after Umlaut (??ü)

    Hi,
    the plugin is working for me right, exept 1 point.
    If a buyer with Umlauts in her/his name is receiving an email I cannot see the full name in the Cart Order site.
    So if the first Name is Hans-J?rg I can only see Hans-J in the Name field.
    Same with the street a.s.o.

    Anybody has the same? How to handle this? Thanks in advance.
    (I am using the qtranslate plugin.)

    You just need to enable UTF-8 formatting for your PayPal IPN notifications. Go to your PayPal account profile and set the IPN message formatting to UTF-8

    Hello and thanks for the reply.
    Up to now I have no PayPal IPN notifications switched on.
    Are the cart orders in WP which I can see in there, really sent back from PayPal?
    Im a little bit confused.

    Maybe you still have an idea.

    Hi HJ, the answer is yes. Remember that you are using PayPal services for your shopping cart transactions.

    Hi together,

    everything fine now. I changed to UTF-8 as you adviced in PayPal and it is working now.
