don’t use breadcrumb: Appearance -> Customize -> Pages & Posts Layout
uncheck “Display Breadcrumb”
About the grey line, don’t know what are you talking about. Is there a line under the breadcrumb?.. or did you remove Page title?

i removed the page title must have been left behind from that.

So that greybar is, the featurette divider before the content, to make it transparent:
