How do I replace the WP Text Editor

Hello All,

Please I would like to know how I can replace the default wp text editor or a theme’s text editor to a rather simple text editor. Am using a Premium theme and I don’t want all the text editor features to be made available to the front end users. The site would carter for users from different countries and I don’t want them messing around with all the shortcodes that can be found in the theme’s text editor.
