how to reactive the ads?

    today I checked my website and the homepage are showing ads, but no ads on posts, categories, tags and pages.

    I cleared the wp global cache and all the ads are hidden.

    there is no option to make the ads visible.
    once someone clicks 2 times in the last 7 days all the ads gets hidden for everybody. which may be more secure (no ip proxy switching). however there should be an option to make the ads visible to others an ban the ip address that clicked the ads more then twice in the last 7 days.
