    Good Day!

    I deactivated my jetpack and reactivated a minute later and did not realize the consequences to doing this. I have lost all of my stats but more importantly I have lost all of my followers.

    Is there a way to recapture this data?

  • If you only clicked to disconnect then reconnect your data should reappear – is it there yet?

    Podz,

    Thank you for such a fast response to my query.

    It has been two days and none of my original information has returned.

    Unfortunately I did not disconnect jetpack, I deactivated the plugin.

    I updated 3 plugins the veining prior and then shut down my computer and went to sleep. Upon waking the next morning all of my pages had a 404 error. The first thing that I did was deactivate the 3 plugins to see if one of them may have been causing my issue. I then reactivated them one by one only to discover that I had lost all of my stats and followers from doing so.

    I should have downloaded the cvs file before proceeding with any troubleshooting but I was a little panicked when my entire site wasn’t working.

    Have you had a chance to look into my lost followers?

    I am wondering if I should be looking at other options or you can correct this issue for me. Since I run a membership website I have most of their data and can quickly adopt another plugin if I can not recover my jetpack data.

    I’m a recentrly user of wordpress blog and jetpack plugins. So, I deactivated and reactivated jetpack and lost my followers (only 20, but very committed!).
