Moved hosts , how to keep subscriber list?

Hello everyone , i just moved hosts and now the subscriber list is empty. how can i get the list from my previous host? I have the sql database file and the xml file.

I am aware of that there is an export and import feature but the person who moved it did not create an export file. Is there any way to recover?
