Contact Form Page Placement Problem

Hi:) I’ve searched and can’t seem to find a resolution so here goes. I’m using WP 2.0.5, with Tranquility 1.0 by Roy Tanck as the theme, and Ryan Duff’s Contact Form 1.4.3

I cannot seem to get it to be anywhere on the page its on, but near the bottom. I don’t want to rearrange the sidebar placement on all the pages so I don’t want to mess with the CSS overall, I just need to fix the contact form placement on its own page, move it up.
