Theme Listings Umbrella

Hi,

I’m using this template: https://listings.umbrella.al/, I hope that someone who used this template is able to solve my problem. I’m using the template for a auto parts website.

I had some difficulties with categories for pages or for search form widget. After solved that, creating listings as categories, such as: passenger cars, commercial, bikes,etc. Therefore each one have its models, for example: Renault as Clio or Megane.
I want that these models appear on search widget after choose the Brand. For example I choose Renault on dropdown and just after that it appears the models for that brand.

Is that possible on template without changing the code? Or if I need to change the code what’s the better way?
