Feature Request: Add URL Shortener to custom post type

I noticed that the URL Shortener using wp.me is able to generate short links for post and pages only.

And I, as a webmaster, sometimes need to share individual Products from one store with WooCommerce or even share individual Portfolio items, and having a short URL would look nicer than if I share a couple long URLs. Just think about sharing a reference to a product or portfolio item via Twitter, it’s impossible using JetPack.

May you take this into consideration?
