SEO score lost when bulk update posts

I was going to add some post under a new category and selected all in the post list > bulk action > Edit > Apply, then applied a check mark to the additional category for these posts > Save ===> all SEO scores turned from GREEN to various mostly Orange and Red, ALL.
This is solved only Editing the single post and save without modification!
I have hundreds, I can’t do such work on every single post to restore the score.
Anyone experienced? How to bulk re-check all SEO score?
