Add ad end date to ad detail page

Have you checked out the FAQ article here? https://awpcp.com/forum/faq/valid-field-codes/

It mentions $end_date as a valid field code, which means that it’s only usable in the HTML template under Classifieds->Setting, Ad/Listing settings. You can’t just throw it into a page and expect it to show up.
