Can't create campaign

  • I downloaded the updated plugin (0.8.2) but still cannot create any campaigns from our website. Everything was working fine (have over 20 campaigns created for an upcoming race) until received a message from a supporter who tried to create one today. The pop up menu appears and asks for the vital information but there is no way to “save” and create the campaign. Any ideas/

    Just to verify, are you running WordPress 3.8.1? I haven’t tested the plugin in 3.8.1 so its possible there is an issue there.

    Thank you for clarifying. Do you know when you expect this to be resolved? We have found a workaround for now for the race that’s coming up this weekend. Some folks were able to make pages but others didn’t make one in time.

    We have another event coming in April/May/June and might want to use the fundraising pages if it’s an option.

    I tested in WordPress 3.8.1 and it worked for me. I am not sure why it isn’t working for you.

    It is very strange. Everything was working fine. The previously created campaigns are also working fine. We just can’t create new ones. Any ideas appreciated.
