WordPress Duplicator

  • Hi,

    I’ve successfully duplicated one of my websites using the WordPress Duplicator but when trying to backup https://www.renewableuk-cymru.com I get an error about permissions.

    When contacting my hosting provider (Fatcow) they confirmed that they can’t provide write access to the root directory (the other website was in a sub-directory)

    Is there anyway I can use the plugin without moving my website from root to a sub-directory?

    Any help or advice would be appreciated!
