ID in URL pass to field to Contact Form 7 and carry this ID while browsing

Hy Everybody,
I want to make referrers for my webpage and these referrers will have they own IDs.

I want to use the ID so:
– Referrer 001 sends a link to a user: https://www.webpage.com/?=R001
– User clicks on this link and browses the website but the ID is still in the URL (e.g.: user clicks menu “Account” and the url should be like: https://www.webpage.com/account/?=R001)
– Under a menu there is a Contact Form 7 form with a “Ref” input field and this field would automatically filled in with the variable in the URL.

Is there a way to make this with a plugin or hack?
Anything would be good!
