Client Portal Plugin?

My client needs this facility on their website. Is there a plugin for doing this anywhere? They want one “where the staff have their own log in details so they can read and acknowledge that they have accessed and read policy updates etc. I also need to be able to upload these updates and other info for this staff portal, instead of how we currently do it by emailing everything out to them.”
