Not clearing out old/gone visitors

  • I get the same problem, I have 10 visitors showing, once it gets up to 10, those 10 stay locked and it doesn’t work any more. I deactivate and reactivate and then it works again. Seems I have to do his every 3 or 4 days.

    It automatically sets visitor status to inactive, after half an hour of inactivity, using wp cron job and cron is activated only when your site is getting some visitors. Can you please share your website url?
