removing post info from ‘page’

I recently made a site using wordpress for a photographer to display his work, and I want to have the pages display just the content – meaning no ‘date’, ‘category’ posted to, or anything that would make it look like a blog.

the thing is, the front page still needs to be a blog, with blog formatting.

How could i go about doing this?
